At the end of the summer semester, Uwe Dettmer, Professor of Quality Management of the THGA university in Bochum, visited us together with a group of mechanical engineering students. During the factory tour, Timon Lubek showed the participants the path of our manufactured products – from raw material to the customized end product.
Mönninghoff offers committed students the opportunity to study mechanical engineering alongside practical work experience and also supports them in writing their term papers and theses.

What can we engineer for you?
To achieve our duty of fulfilling customer-specific demands for any application, we work at the limits of physics every day.
For this, we have our great Mönninghoff Research & Development team. They pave the way towards new technologies and come up with the crazy ideas for tomorrow.
As you can see, this requires a true hands-on mentality. When coming up with new working principles or special and individual solutions for high-risk environments, calculating and simulating is not enough - so for thorough testing Julian Tschersich (M.Eng.) frequently hangs upside-down in our test benches.
