Our management team

A company history of more than one hundred years comes with responsibility. We, the employees, managers and owners of Maschinenfabrik Mönninghoff, therefore feel obliged to continue the company's success in the long-run. We do not think in financial quarters, but in generations.

This can only be achieved with experience, enthusiasm, flexibility and creativity - without a comfort zone or routine. But above all, only together and with shared values and principles.

Our ongoing efforts to improve our products and processes are guided by the DIN ISO 9001:2015 standard and our in-house quality management system.

As a forward-looking company, we are consistently driving forward the further development of our quality management system. In addition to our existing certification to DIN ISO 9001, we are currently working intensively on the introduction of EN 9100 – the internationally recognised quality standard for the aerospace industry and other safety-critical sectors.

Certification to EN 9100 is scheduled for 2026. With this step, we are reinforcing our commitment to quality, expanding our range of services and laying the foundations for even closer collaboration with partners in demanding high-tech sectors.

Our aim is to ensure the highest levels of precision, traceability and process reliability – thereby not only meeting but exceeding our customers’ expectations.

These documents transparently set out the principles by which we operate, how we make responsible decisions and what we expect from a trusting, long-term partnership with our partners and suppliers.
