Interdisciplinary Exchange between Chemnitzer Zahnradfabrik and Maschinenfabrik Mönninghoff

This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming several colleagues from Chemnitz to Bochum. The exchange between these two long-established companies was both intense and inspiring.

What was on the agenda?
After a warm welcome and the world’s best Dönninghaus currywurst from Bochum, we began with a tour of our production facilities. Following that, the various departments exchanged ideas.

A special highlight: the dinner together at Allez—the perfect setting for personal conversations and a strong sense of camaraderie away from the daily work routine.

On the second day, this exchange continued before we said goodbye to our guests and their tour bus. Thank you for the valuable time, the open discussions, and the many new ideas!Why we value such meetings:
