Visit by EU parliamentarian Dennis Radtke

We had the pleasure of welcoming EU parliamentarian Dennis Radtke to our company.

It was an exciting exchange about what constitutes a true high-tech business in our region – and what industrial policy decisions are needed in Europe so that companies like ours can continue to deliver innovation from the Ruhr region to the whole world.

Of course, we also discussed the current demands of the VDMA: less bureaucracy, more speed, open trade, greater competitiveness. These are issues that concern us very specifically in our everyday work.

Our conclusion: politics and industry must work more closely together to ensure that Europe remains industrially strong. We are delighted to be actively involved in shaping this dialogue.
